The Office of the Public Advocate (OPA) has released a new app to help doctors, dentists, nurses and other registered health practitioners working in Victoria when treating a patient who does not have the capacity to consent to (or refuse) medical treatment. The app, which is available for both Android and Apple mobile devices, can be downloaded for free from either the Google Play or iTunes stores and accessed anytime, anywhere on a mobile phone or tablet device.
